For our December meeting, gift wrap and paper expert Wanda Wen showed us what it meant to give thoughtfully wrapped presents. With expert tips, techniques and creative vision, she described how to use natural, uncommon and everyday materials to perfectly dress any gift.

Wanda is quoted as saying: “I am excited by the process of creating things and the outcome of what personal passion and intention produce. There is nothing more beautiful and moving than what the human hand & heart can create.”

Wanda is also the founder of Soolip, a Los Angeles paper boutique. She started Soolip nearly 15 years ago out of a life long passion for paper arts, letter-writing and the simple pleasures of life.

During our December meeting, Wanda will be demonstrating some of her gift wrapping techniques, her new book will be available for purchase & signing by her and a selection of SOOLIP paper products will be available for sale.
